LautSehat.id is a nonprofit community blogging platform created for Greenpeace Indonesia, giving people a place to share stories, concerns, experiences, and ideas related to ocean conservation, coastal communities, and fisheries.
The website is built on WordPress, but goes far beyond a standard blog. We heavily customized the platform so members of the public can register for free, create their own accounts, and publish articles directly to the community.
Over the years, LautSehat has also hosted blogging competitions that generate significant temporary increases in traffic. During campaign periods, the website has reached around 9,000 visits in a single month while continuing to serve the community reliably without reported performance or availability issues.
Our involvement extends beyond development and ongoing website maintenance. Sakato Studio also provides SEO consulting and cybersecurity training for the Ocean Defender team, helping them manage the platform, grow its visibility, and strengthen their understanding of digital security.
LautSehat is one of our longest-running projects and a strong example of how WordPress can be adapted into a community publishing platform rather than used as a conventional business website.
